They're part of the family

Marigold and Lavender live here with us on our smallholding in Cambridgeshire and they've become a very important part of Birchtree Soaps.

They're also responsible for one of our most special ingredients- the fresh milk we use in many of our handmade Soaps.

Marigold

Marigold is our sweetheart- and if I'm honest my favourite.

Shes gentle, easy to handle and a pleasure to be around. She's the sort of goat that makes you remeber why you have them as part of your family.

She's also one of the duo behind all of our Handmade Goats Milk Soap

Lavender

The Boss. Lavender is a little different. She has her moments but she's cranky, she's moody and she has no issue with letting you know how she feels.

This being said she is an amazing milk producer, she works hard for us and we wouldn't change her for the world.
